We currently do not offer refunds on any products purchased through our website. All sales are considered final.
2. Replacement Policy
We offer product replacement under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Replacement
- The product delivered is damaged
- The product delivered is defective
- The product delivered is incorrect (wrong size, color, or item)
Replacement Request Window
Customers must submit a replacement request within 7 days of receiving the product.
3. Return Shipping Cost
For approved replacement requests, SKART ENTERPRISE will cover the return shipping cost. Customers will not have to pay for return pickup or courier charges.
4. Conditions for Replacement Approval
To qualify for a replacement:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, labels, accessories must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required (order ID, invoice, etc.)
- Customers must provide clear photos/video of the issue (damaged/defective item)
We reserve the right to deny a replacement request if the product shows signs of misuse or intentional damage.
5. Non-Replacement Situations
A replacement will not be accepted if:
- The product was damaged due to customer misuse
- The replacement request is made after the 7-day window
- The product is returned without original packaging/tags
- The issue reported is not valid (e.g., minor color variation due to lighting)
6. Replacement Process
- Customer contacts us via email or phone
- Customer submits photos/video of the issue
- We verify the claim
- Return pickup is arranged by our courier
- Replacement product is shipped after inspection
